Poulina Group Holding entered this new activity in 1997, through the launching of a new subsidiary, ETTAAMIR Company.

Since 1997, ETTAAMIR has drawn, built and delivered many high quality buildings into the most beautiful neighborhoods of Tunis-City such as:

• JINEN EDDONYA whose surface area is 17 hectares (1 829 900 sq ft)
• TANIT CENTRE, combining 41 offices, 88 flats and 42 stores over a surface area of 22 000 m² (236 800 sq ft)
• LE FORUM, a 4-story building hosting 156 flats.

Other projects are under construction such as:

• LES COLOMBES in the lake-shores area, one of the most expensive neighborhoods of Tunis City, over a surface area of 6000 m² (64 585 sq ft)
