In light of its success on the Tunisian territory and in the same logic of development, Poulina has opened other subsidiaries in Libya.
TEC Libye :
The company produces and transforms corrugated cardboard and alveolar trays. It was created in 2005 with a capital of 7 850 000 TND held 100% by the Group Poulina.
The company is located in El Maya within 165 km of the Tunisian border with a production capacity of 7 500 plates/day and 5 million trays/year.
Sahel Lebda :
The company produces ceramic tiles, with a capital of 13 500 000 TND shared between the group with 60% and the Garradhi family with 40%. It is located at Zouara at 60 km from the Tunisian border with a production capacity of 15 000 m2 of wall tiles per day.
Investment cost is at 25 000 000 DT.
SNA libye :
The company produces CMV (Mineral Vitamin Supplement), with a capital of 1 900 000 TND shared among the group with 51% and its Libyan partner with 49%. It is located in Tajoura with a capacity of production of 840 tons/year.
Africaine de Transformation de Métaux :
The company produces metal tubes and other metallurgic industry products, with a capital of the 2 933 380 TND (100% of the group). It is located in Zouara at 60km at the Tunisian frontier with a production capacity of 12 000 tons/year.
The start of the operation is forecasted for May 2009.
GIPA libye:
The company produces ice cream, yogurts, milk and its by-products, with a capital of 4 100 000 TND shared over the group with 50% and the Libyan partner with 50%. It is located at Zouara with a production capacity of 3 million of liter of ice cream/year, 6.5 millions liters of yogurt/year and 3.5 millions of liter of juice/year.
